Hello, my name is Jim Bailey and I’m a retired Real Estate broker. My years of experience have taught me that while real estate is very profitable, it’s also very intensive and time consuming. It’s a lot of hard work just to flip or clean up a house. It gets much worse if you’re renovating an apartment complex or corporate / commercial space. Switching to the paper notes (tax liens specifically) is much less problematic although some, if not most, properties you get are often delinquent. However, this is overcome by the fact that people really do not want to lose their homes so they are willing to do anything to keep it. This is your chance to personally renegotiate lower interest payments to keep these good folks in their homes while you collect good passive income every month. Managing motivated people is a lot easier than the headache of dealing with scrubbing toilets or hiring an outside property management firm to do it for you.
